This is a brand new concept of cocktail entertainment now available on the Costa del Sol ! Our Molecular Tasting Experience is a very unusual cocktail tasting session that all participants will enjoy a lot.
The Molecular Experience is a tasting session of Molecular Mixology that will generate a lot of questions, surprises and interest amongst the guests.
Our Pearls are combined beverage's spherifications, with and without Premium alcohol. Through a complex process called " Reverse spherification ", we have managed to incorporate the liquid in a sphere (our "peals"), where it is retained by a thin gelatine skin. A new era is born... this is a new way to taste Vintage Rums, high quality Vodkas and Premium Gins. With an approximate volume of 6 cl, each pearl becomes a liquid "jewel" in taste and sophistication. With light pressure, the pearl will explode in your mouth filling it with amazing flavours and surprising your guests.
